My Story
In 1990, my husband and I immigrated from Dubai and started our lives as Canadians in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. During our time in Saskatoon, I attended the University of Saskatchewan and worked towards a Bachelor Degree in Commerce. Upon graduating, my husband and I chose to move to North Vancouver, BC for better employment opportunities and to escape the cold winters. I worked at an accounting firm in North Vancouver for a few years before branching off and deciding to start my own business.
IBA Accounting opened its doors in 2000. Since then, I have acquired a lot of clients primarily by word of mouth referrals. My clients often stick with me for life; many of my clients have been with me exclusively for ten+ years.
